From day one, we decided we weren’t going to be “mailbox money” owners. We walked the properties, checked infrastructure, sat with managers, and listened to residents. We wanted to understand why a community performed well or poorly – not just what the spreadsheet said.
That hands-on approach is still how Affordable MH Solutions runs today.
Over the years, we’ve added more communities, but we don’t chase everything that hits the market. We invest in a tight geographic region that we know extremely well. We know the cities, the employers, the local rules, and what realistic lot rents look like for the residents we serve.
